How do you change windows vista start-up sound?

I have windows home premium on my laptop and i Wanted to change the start-up sound but i see that it only has a box that say's, play windows start-up sound. My questions is how exactly do you change the windows vista start-up sound since I cannot find it anywhere?How do you change windows vista start-up sound?
First go to your desktop

Then, right click on it

You will see an option to personalize it

After it loads, click sounds

Just find the startup sound button

Pick what you want:)
