How can I change Windows Vista to XP?

Is it possible to change vista to XP. Xp seems to be more compatible with more software than vista. I have an all in one photosmart printer and it is not compatible with vista so I would like to know first, is it possible to change and second, how do I go about implementing the steps. How can I change Windows Vista to XP?
It is possible as long as there are compatible drivers. It can be a hassled doing a downgrade to windows xp. Espically finding the xp drivers when your manufacturer only post vista driver.

But before you even attempt this, how about checking to see if that printer has a vista version of its driver so it can work in vista. I would tell right of the bat it it could or not. But I do know the model number of the printer.

Also what software is not working? There may be a vista patch or you just need to update it.How can I change Windows Vista to XP?
HP has all the drivers for Vista
You will need to purchase a copy of the Windows XP Installation.

You will need to go to the website of the manufacturer of your PC and/or Motherboard and gather all of the Windows XP drivers for your Machine. (Mainly - the Ethernet %26amp; Sata/Raid Drivers)

Install XP onto your Machine.
Get Drivers for your HP printer here, that will work with Vista....

format the hard disk then insert an XP install cd and reboot the machine.

This question has been answered on here hundreds of times which is why Im not going into detail. Do a search (above) and all the information's there.
Yes, just reformat your PC. First you have to delete the partition where Vista is installed then format the partition. After formatting, you can now begin Xp setup. It is easy to install XP, just follow the instructions to make a successful setup.
