When you boot your pc up. You will see screen with introduce about information of memory and ram or etc....

You press F8. Then it automatic boot to safe mode. On windows , you will see the text safe mode on windows.

Then go to control panel and change password Administrator of Windows.How to start up in safe mode to change windows password?
While booting keep tapping F8
