You can't. Windows Vista Basic isn't capable of displaying the Aero (transparent) themes. Which is okay because if you have a computer with Vista Basic on it, chances are your graphics card isn't capable of making those effects anyway.How do you change windows vista basic to look like ultimate?
having vista basic has no bearing on the graphics card your computer ';probably'; has, anyways the answer is you can't, Microsoft wants you to give them even more money if you want additional theming features.
