I went to download a theme from Deviant Art, it came up as a .RAR file. I tried to extract files, but it didn't help. All that is in the file is pictures of the theme and the code, no download file. I heard you have to get a program for it, but I don't trust every website that people give me. Can anybody help?How do you change Windows Vista theme?
