one second is done.

Or try the methods mentioned in http://blog.resetwindowspassword.com/

Those all are free and very helpful! How to change windows vista admin password using cmd.?
You can change any password using a command prompt using the net user command, but it requires administrative privileges... and if you have administrative privileges, there would be no specific reason to change a password via the command prompt. In other words, since you do not have administrative privileges, you cannot change the password from within Windows Vista. Instead, if you have forgotten the password, you can recover it using Ophcrack or you can blank the password using Offline NT Password %26amp; Registry Editor.
I have no ideal about how to change vista admin password using cmd. However, Windows Password unl]ocker can help you change the admin password instantly.

1.Download Windows Password Unlocker from Password Unlocker Official site

2.Decompress the Windows password unlocker and note that there is an .ISO image file. Burn the image file onto an blank CD with the burner freely supported by Password Unlocker.

3.Insert the newly created CD into the locked computer and re-boot it from the CD drive.

4.After launched the CD, a window pop up with all your account names(if you have several accounts); select one of the accounts that you have forgotten its password to reset it. Just one press, you have removed the password.
by following these instruction u can do so . i will hope so

Load your computer, and at the BIOS screen then keep pressing (repeatedly) the F5 button on your keyboard. Now you should come up some options select SAFE MODE WITH COMMAND PROMPT.

Now you're computer will seem a bit different this time but it is nothing to worry about.

Step

2Now you should have you're login screen and you will see you're name and other names of users of the computer also the ADMINASTRATOR.

Now watch carefully. IF YOU HAVE LOST THE ADMIN'S PASS, THEN CLICK ON IT.

If you have lost a limited account such as a user other than the Admin then select that one. If you're name or other name that you are looking for does not appear on the screen then just select Adminastrator.

Now you have logged on you may, or may not have seen this before but you should see a black area with white writing. This is you CMD and this is what you can control your computer with, anyway. (using your keyboard only) type this: NET USER

now type: Net user Adminatsrator(press the Space bar once) and now press number 8 while using the shift so you get an atserisk as this *.

It will now ask you for you're password just simply press Enter Enter if it says access denied or anything else just press enter and enter again and it should be successful. If you want to change anybody esles password then just do the same as above but put in your name insead of the ADMINASTRATOR ABOVE.

Step

3Once you have done all this just press the power switch on your computer and boot it up again and it should have taken effect as soon as you log in.
