How do i change windows player icons on my music files back to itune icons?

My computer had music files all prepped for itunes player and now the words on each file are blue and the icon is windows player. How do I change this back to the way it was???How do i change windows player icons on my music files back to itune icons?
Right click on one of the songs and scroll to ';open with'; when the interface comes up click on Itunes. Theres a checkbox that says ';always open files of this type with this application. ( or something like that)Check that checkbox. All of the icons will change and the files will open in itunes
