How to change Windows 7 theme ?

My windows 7 theme just randomly changed to the classic theme, I tried everything to change it back to the original, I downloaded a new theme and tried it still did not work. Any ideas on how to change it back ?How to change Windows 7 theme ?
You can right click on your desktop go to personalize and change your theme. Or from the control panel under appearance click on change themeHow to change Windows 7 theme ?
maybe you have the starter version it doesnt let you change it

ahhh, this happened to me.



go to start and type ';display'; in the search



in display, look for either ';apperance'; or ';themes';



you should find the option to change it here.



if not, right click ';my computer'; and go to properties.



find the ';advanced'; tab



in performance, go to settings, and change it to adjust for best appearance
