How to change windows time?

Okay, my windows time change to amry time.i dont know how it did that..i have windows xp and how to i change it back to 12hrs instead of 24hr.How to change windows time?
Open the Control Panel

Double-click on the Regional Settings icon

Click on the Time tab

In the Time style section select H:mm:ssHow to change windows time?
at the time of booting click delete button

u will find bios settings page in front of u

u can change the display time there

and then again reboot your computer
