If you can see incoming visitor and he/she can not see you, than it is nothing wrong with your camara but with camara of your friend. He/she has to configer his/hers camera properly. Your camera is probably just fine otherwise you would be able to see your friend, right.

Install yahoo %26amp; use that as your default. You can uninstall messenger if you want several sites have freeware to do that . Revo uninstaller does this well. But why not have both?
