Impossible. you must either download to install or install from media a program that will convert from wma to mp3. You can go to www.download.com and check out the free sw available there that will get the job done. I like to use Blaze Media Pro, but you only get a 15 day trial and it costs $65... It works well for converting everything from andything to anything... It even rips cd's and converts to several formats on the fly....How do you change windows media to mp3 without downloading anything.?

If you have windows xp or vista open your picture, music or w/e folder then go to.

folder options

view

uncheck the ';hide extentions of known file types';.



you can change it there, but becareful or you can really mess up your computer on which file type you change it from/to, and that's the only way without downloading anything.
