How to make a batch file change windows logon password in 7?

i have made a batch that auto runs when computer is tuned on to schedule a shutdown. that way unless you open up cmd and abort the shutdown you will constantly be shutdown. i also want to change the windows logon password in the same batch. i know it can be changed using net user. i just dont know how to combine the two of them. please help. thank you in advanceHow to make a batch file change windows logon password in 7?
