I right clicked, went to properties, then clicked desktop. I can change the color with the button in the bottem right corner, but all the other options (Background, Browse, and Postion) are disable. How do I enable them again?Unable to change windows desktop background?
Sounds like you have Windows 7 Starter Edition. If this is true you are unable to change the desktop background unless you upgrade to Home Premium.
