How to change WINDOWS 7 computer clock from 24 hour clock to 12 hour clock?

I just got a new WINDOWS 7 computer so its control panel/ date and time looks different, a lot of people have told me the option is in date and time but it is not in my windows 7 computer ( it is something like vista) can anyone help me change it back to a 12 hour clock?How to change WINDOWS 7 computer clock from 24 hour clock to 12 hour clock?

Big H is used for 24 hour. HH for 2 digits.

Select Format TAB.



There are two formats

1. Short time

2. Longtime



Upper case H is used for 24 hour and Lower case h is used for 12 hour representation of time. Lower case tt is used to show AM/PM. tt location can be changed in Additional Settings.
