How do I change windows 7 guest account's desktop?

I have a windows 7 with guest account activated. From my adminstrator account how can i change what icons/shortcuts appear on the guest account's desktop.



My ';guest'; keeps changing the icons. I want to restrict this and keep only the icons I WANT on the guest account desktopHow do I change windows 7 guest account's desktop?
Guest account users cannot install software or hardware, change settings or create a password- essentially they can go on the computer, use the programs and mess with your desktop- but that is about all.
