How to change windows XP language?

I have downloaded a dutch version of XP. How can I change the language to English? There must be a way of changing it without having to install an English XP. Is there a language pack or something I could download? How to change windows XP language?
Sorry but there isn't a way to change Dutch or any other language XP to English. How to change windows XP language?
go to start menu at the bottom left of your screen and go to control pannel

There you will have an icon with a world and a calender (if you cant read it in dutch) and there you can set your languages etc.

on my pc its the 3rd option down to change language.

When the pannel opens go to the left most tab and click on it there you can change your language.

Hope this helps
Language Interface Packs (LIP) for Windows XP Professional and Windows XP Home Edition is not available in English
same as del piero said you can't change something that was written in another lanhuage all you can do is interpet it and that's not gonna help you any it's still dutch. now you can change it so it the keyboard and stuff to text in english.

that would be control panel languages and regional setting's and set it all to english.
