12 hour time is

h:mm:ss tt (single h, no leading zero)

3:10 am displayed as 3:10

3:10 pm displayed as 3:10



hh:mm:ss tt

3:10 am displayed as 03:10

3:10 pm displayed as 03:10



(tt is for AM/PM symbols in time)



24 Hour time is

H:mm:ss (single H, no leading zero)

3:10 am displayed as 3:10

3:10 pm displayed as 15:10



HH:mm:ss

3:10 am displayed as 03:10

3:10 pm displayed as 15:10

Goes to your control pannel then select Religinol settings from there you can select the time then you can change your wish....
Go to control panel



Select the Regional option or regional setting



select the time



change to: HH:mm:ss



Capital letter ';H'; change the hour 24 hours
