Problems while trying change Windows XP Theme?

I think i deleted the Wind xp theme so i download luna theme (its the same) and it doesn't work and an error: An exception occurred while trying to run: ';c:\WINDOWS\system 32\Shell32.dll,control_RunDLL

\file:C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes\Luna?if you know how to fix it pls HELP ME
