How to change windows sound everytime windows starts up?

i need to know like a playlist umm instead of keep on going into the windows sound and changing itHow to change windows sound everytime windows starts up?
I was thinking about that once. But what I was thinking about would actually require me to create a program to run on windows to do that. Sort of a program that would randomly, everytime windows starts, change the start-up sound. Don't know if there's any software like that yet. Kinda not practical, as it wouldn't be so necessary that a company would create a software for that.

But you could suggest it to Microsoft to add that to their next OS.

Go into control panel, then click the sounds %26amp; Audio devices. Select the sounds tab and you can change the sounds there.
