i have windows vista, but my friend changed his to windows 7

You can upgrade from Windows vista to Windows 7 without lose of data.

Just turn on your PC and boot to Vista. After system loads completely put 7 DVD.



Click install and Then upgrade.

Some conditions



1. You need Vista ultimate to upgrade to Windows 7 ultimate

2. You need 32bit/64bit OS to upgrade to 7 32bit/64bit.

3. Make sure that there is at least 10GB of renaming space in local disc(Vista installation)
