How to change Windows XP cd key.?

I have several workstations. I am upgrading the hard drives. I would like to upgrade one, and clone the rest, but I need to know how to change the cd key to the proper one for each pc. Can this be done? All the workstations have exactly identical hardware so that should not be an issue. .How to change Windows XP cd key.?
