How do i change windows vista boot options from command prompt?

I'm trying to change the boot options on Vista so i can boot from an install CD instead, but I'm not sure what i would need to type in the command prompt to make my PC boot from the E: drive...which is where the CD =p. Please help me out, been trying to figure this out for like a week.How do i change windows vista boot options from command prompt?
You dont' want to do that.. Use bios instead.. When youf irst turn on your computer hit delete or f2 depending on your machine to enter setup , then goto boot options..
