my OS is windows vista home basic and the windows language is korean... how can i change it to english?
don't tell me to go to control panel then language and regional option... its not gonna work...because my windows is home basic not premium or ultimate...

if you have the installer, try reinstall your computer. during installation, choose english as your language.
try also using help and support and type ';change language';
